Font size and type can be changed in articles by tapping the 'Aa' button in the top right corner:
After tapping the font icon ('Aa'), you can adjust multiple font settings of the article:
- Change font type from San Francisco to Georgia
- Change article theme from Dark to Light
- Drag toggle at bottom to increase or decrease font size
