theScore's Commitment to Accessibility

theScore strives to provide products and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. We are committed to giving persons with disabilities the same opportunity to access our products and services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place and in a similar way as other clients. We are also committed to meeting the needs of persons with disabilities in a timely manner, and we will meet applicable legislative requirements for preventing and removing barriers.
Accessible Emergency Information
theScore is committed to providing guests with workplace emergency information upon request. We are committed to providing guests with disabilities individualized emergency information in an accessible way upon request.
Training
theScore will ensure training is provided to all employees which includes the requirement of accessibility laws and the Human Rights Code as it pertains to persons with disabilities. This training will be provided on an ongoing basis as policies change. A record is kept of all training provided.
theScore will take the following steps to ensure employees are provided with the necessary training:
- Ensure all new employees have received the Accessibility Policy during their onboarding
- Post our Accessibility Policy in our HRIS accessible to all employees
Information and communications
theScore is committed to meeting the communication needs of people with disabilities. We will consult with people with disabilities to determine their information and communication needs.
To accomplish this, we have partnered with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to administer our accessibility program and oversee its governance. Their accessibility program evaluates our digital products on an ongoing basis in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies. The platform, moreover, goes beyond minimum compliance requirements by making an assistive CX technology application available to customers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading.
Upon request, we will provide or arrange for publicly available information to be made available in accessible formats and/or with communication support for persons with disabilities. The accessible format will be provided in a timely manner and at no cost. We will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of the format or communication support.
theScore will ensure all websites and web content published after June 29, 2021 will conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA, and will take steps to ensure our websites and web content published on those sites conform with WCAG 2.0, Level AA (excluding success criteria 1.2.4 Captions (Live) and success criteria 1.2.5 Audio). While theScore commits to taking reasonable efforts to provide accessible content on our sites, when a link is selected from our web pages which leads to a third party managed website, users are subject to the privacy, copyright, security, and information quality policies of that website and we cannot guarantee that the website will comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
The processes for receiving and responding to feedback are accessible to persons with disabilities. We will provide accessible formats or communication support upon request.
theScore has taken the following steps to make sure existing feedback processes as well as reporting of any accessibility barriers and needed accommodation are accessible to people with disabilities upon request:

- Upon request, provide publicly available information in different ways (ex: Large print, read aloud etc.)
Employment
theScore is committed to fair and accessible employment practices.
We will accommodate people with disabilities during the recruitment and assessment processes and when people are hired:
- Update online careers page with our commitment to accessibility.
- Ensure that Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team members make accommodations for the public and employees with disabilities during the recruitment and assessment processes and when people are hired.
- Ensure that during onboarding employees are informed of our policies to support employees with disabilities.
- Develop individual accommodation plans and return-to-work policies for employees that have been absent due to a disability.
