Once you have the "Team Scores" widget set up on your home screen, you can edit the widget, and change which team you are following.
Long-press on the "Team Scores" widget and select 'Edit Widget' :
From the 'Edit Widget' view, you can select or search to follow any major sports team from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, EPL, LIGA, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A, WNBA, CFL, and NCAA (Football & Basketball).
