If you are not receiving alerts as expected, please try the following:
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the app
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Alerts'
- Toggle 'Enable Game Alerts' to off and leave it like that for about 30 minutes
- After waiting 30 minutes, re-open the app and toggle 'Enable Game Alerts' back on before rebooting your device
This should hopefully re-sync your device with our alerts provider.
